Existing house and ground floor, before the CaSA planning alterations. Reconstructed from six DXF surveys and site photographs: slate roofs, stone walls, framed windows, bays, dormers, chimney and floor slabs, with the ground-floor interior — internal walls, doors, two stairs, floor finishes, kitchen island and WC fixtures — included.

Proposed ground-floor revision (V2), implementing the CaSA planning documents. Opens the kitchen, living area and former central entrance; enlarges kitchen glazing; adds the L-shaped metal canopy on timber posts; lowers both bay windows to 150 mm above floor level with new metal frames; converts the south entrance to fixed glazing; and widens the north entrance with a new timber door.
  • Based on CaSA 593 drawings P101–P102, P201/P202, P301 and the Design & Access Statement (2026).
  • Upper storeys, roofs and the pavilion are retained unchanged from the existing model.
